LOVING being with family. Each family member spends time doing what they love:
Greg is LOVING the family walk we took today and also working outside on his shed. We took a little hike to a beautiful waterfall. What an adventure we had! We had to traverse a bubbling creek and cross a slippery bridge (among other things). (And sorry we have no pictures to show! I was unable to upload any to the page. As Marlene says: "the signal does get lost in the wilderness.")
Marlene is LOVING the family laughing together. We've spent many moments gathered around the table talking through and past the meal time. She is also LOVING the early morning devotion times together.
Daniel is LOVING his tree stand! He has been working so diligently on constructing just the perfect one so that he can get that perfect buck. He spent time nailing boards for a diy ladder up to his limb. Then, using a pulley system from a sailing ship, he hoists himself up into the tree, along with his rifle and other gear. He nailed in a little seat for himself, to top it all off!
Tirzah is LOVING all the attention she is receiving from her loving family members. Namely: princess rides around the kitchen.
Renee is LOVING being cozy by the fire and being creative. Marlene, Renee, and I have been working on our Visual Journals together: http://www.aholyexperience.com/2008/03/visual-homemaking-journal/
I am LOVING these blessing from the Lord recorded in my Visual Journal. Part of the continual list of endless gifts:
240. Bibles open together under candle light (Greg said: "No wonder Beethoven went blind!")
243. Only 2 days in the ICU for Aunt Debbie in her recovery from a full lung transplant
244. Family hike
246. Marlene's picture that captured Greg's leap across the raging river
247. Ligt seeping through the limbs
248. Cranberries
249. Stoking the fire
250. Cozy, cozy naps by the fire
251. Silhouettes of gold gleaming from behind clouds' shade
253. Stars' twinkle from Raphine
As always I am LOVING my hero, my best friend, and my Leader
A very Happy Thanksgiving to you tomorrow, dear friends! We have so much to be thankful for indeed!
For, all is Grace
which in turn leads to Gratitude
which dances us to JOY
