LOVING the sunshine the past two days. The brightness on the computer screen and the warmth that is encompassing my fingers as I sit in the sunshine... haaaaa. There is nothing like it!
LOVING our Skype date this morning with my friends from Georgia: Meredith and Anna. Meredith is now in Texas and Anna is in Italy! But, we were able to 3 way Skype and what a blessing to behold them and be all together again.
LOVING that Tirzah made her first rock pile this morning as we sat in the sunshine after our walk. Perhaps she will have a rock collection at some season of her life?
LOVING the magenta crayon streaks on our cream slip cover... LOVING that it was a washable crayon.
LOVING whole grains!! (more to come on these new-found discoveries).
LOVING the awesome responsibility of nurturing my family through the meals I prepare.
LOVING the grain mill! Greg and Marlene gifted us with a hand crank mill! Indeed it does take time and brute strength: about 10 minutes to grind 2 cups of wheat berries. However, I don't think my arms have had such a great work-out since my college swimming days. Here is just a quick video to show how the mill works...
