Here is What I am LOVING this day in May!

LOVING the quiet time of worship I had this morn. Irish Breakfast tea. Blue Sheeps-wool blanket pulled to my chin. White chair tucked in the corner of our room. Sunshine lighting my face. Music from Hillsong. The world awakening: God is only good. God is sovereign. He is constant. Nothing can separate. He never leaves. He will never forsake.

LOVING having my husband home. A night apart last night. So thankful he is not deployed. Moments together are never enough.

LOVING neighbors. Table scraps hung almost daily on the fence post for the piggies. Salmon fillets simply because we let them use our water when their well ran dry.

LOVING a fruit stand close by that leaves the leftover fruit out back for all of us with animals to feed. Tomatoes and lettuce galore for our little guys. Living this homesteading dream! This is amazing. Land, space, time to learn and explore an dive in to see if this lifestyle truly is for us? LOVING the constant support from friends and family alike. Bring your mucking boots and overalls.

LOVING being a part of Bible Study Fellowship this past year. An amazing gift. Growing in knowing who God is. Growing in understanding myself, (and that self-pity is one of my greater temptations... Not something to LOVE). Asking her what she learned and she always has something to say about God. God is truth, she said this morn. Our last study this morn. Taking gifts from our land. Eggs tied with ribbons and lilacs. Skype date with Renee at Starbucks after Bible Study.

LOVING what I am surrounded with this moment: tea, ribbon, and fabrics. Who needs anything else? Craft time while she sleeps.

LOVING mail. Asparagus to plant, from a Virginia Co-Op. Cards with gorgeous tulups. Imagining to whom we will send those cards. Pictures of chicken coops am a chicken card that sings ( thanks Mom!)

What are your LOVES today?
