Praise the Lord we made it through these 16 weeks of IBOLC: Daniel graduated yesterday!! Here is a cute little video of Tirzah in the morning'. She is so proud of her Daddy.
The graduation ceremony was wonderful. Just a couple of highlights: Greg was able to attend, Daniel was named Platoon Honor Graduate, Tirzah was the best behaved baby... of course :), Daniel was asked to give the blessing before the cocktail hour, and listening to all 107 Infantry Officers sing the Infantry Song:
"You can hear it in the heat of the Jungle
You can hear it across the Sea
It calls to every Freedom loving man
The cry of the US Infantry
Follow me!"
We came home to enjoy a delicious BBQ and the MOST BEAUTIFUL sunset. Praise the LORD!
And right now, on this wonderful day, we are loving waking up slowly from the first nap of vacation!!
