Wow! Life has been so full! Absolutely no time to write... And I will explain myself fully quite soon:)!
But just to catch you up... A few photos of life on Beginnings:
The garden in all its splendor. Spring greens and kale, beets, potatoes, broccoli, romaine lettuce, spinach, chard, and carrots behind, rows of squash, not perfectly symmetrical but perfect all the same, and lastly beans and sugar snap peas. Gorgeous!
The animals are thriving, praise The Lord! Pigs are growing by the day and becoming very greedy for every little morsel of food thy can get their snouts to. Chickens are laying 3 eggs and a day and we are awaiting the time when the 4 other pullets, almost full grown now will start laying as well. And our goats. Slowly but surely they are coming to love this new home of theirs, could almost say they are thriving here! Lillybelle is giving just under 5 cups of fresh raw milk each day. Enough for us to make our first batch of yogurt in the dehydrator we gave to Daniel for Fathers Day!
