What a wonderful day today has been! We are just loving every single moment together as a family. Let me just list some of the beautiful moments we have shared:
* Sharing Daniel's best batch yet of homemade waffles... made even more gourmet with a handful of fresh blueberries tossed on top
* Getting our share of vegetables this week and loving that we got free squash and zucchini
* Our first family pool outing!! I have been wanting to take Daniel to the pool ever since Tirzah and I first put our toes in together, and today exceeded my hopes for our time. Tirzah woke from her morning nap and we quick fed her, changed her to her suit, packed the cooler with a little picnic lunch, and walked up to the neighborhood pool. AND... we put Tirzah under for the first time! Oh gosh, the poor little girl didn't know what had happened! Her little feet started kicking and her eyes were so big once she came out of the water. It was so precious, but also heart-wrenching at the same time. Here is a video to share, but please don't think we're bad parents! This is the only time she cried when going under and we just happened to catch it on video!
